1. Important Information about This Legal Contract
This Sale Agreement is a legal contract between the Customer and Online Software Store.
The Customer accepts this Sale Agreement by making a purchase, placing an order, or otherwise
shopping on the Site. (References to "you" or "your" shall relate to the Customer; references to
"Online Software Store" or "Site" or "Store" shall relate to Online Software Store, and its affiliates.)
The terms and conditions of this Sale Agreement are subject to change without prior notice,
except that the terms and conditions posted on the Site at the time the Customer initially places
or modifies an order will govern the order in question.
2. Basic Conditions of Purchasing at Online Software Store
- You are informed that purshased programs is a BACKUP COPY of original licenced software
You are required to own an original copy of the title you intend to backup, if you sell or give
away the original copy, you will either, (A) Destroy that backup or (B) Give the backup to the person
receiving the original. This law extends to PC and basically anything that consists of copyable data
for backup purposes.
- You will thoroughly follow the downloading and installation instructions on your account;
- You cannot register the software with the manufacturer and updates are available not for all the products;
- You do not receive printed license documentation;
- You do not receive a copy of the software on a disk.
- The Store will assist the Customer with downloading and installation issues. We will not provide technical support after the software product is downloaded and installed; neither will it be available from the manufacturer of the software product.
- The Store allows a one time exchange of the ordered product to any other product of the same or lower price in case the software has not been downloaded yet.
3. Delivery of Software purchased at Downloadable Software online store
- You get the purchased software by downloading it from the Site. After successful order processing you receive a Confirmation email with the detailed instructions specifying how to download and activate the product.
- The order will be processed and the access to the customers area given within 10 minutes after the order is placed. If you do not receive the confirmation email within 24 hours after order placing, you should contact us and the Store will resend it for you.
4. Additional Charges
- The transaction fee which constitutes 2.95 USD will be added to the total order amount.
5. Terms of Service
- Online Software Store reserves the right to refuse to sell product or provide service to anyone, at its own discretion.
6. Contacting Downloadable Software
- Before addressing Support Department with your question please browse FAQ section for an answer.
- If you cannot find an answer, fill in the feedback form at the Contact Us page and a Support Representative will get back to you in the reasonable time.
- Downloadable Software reserves the right to inform its clients via e-mail about special promotions and new products. In case the Customer wants to stop receiving information letters from Downloadable Software, he should submit the e-mail address into the 'Unsubscribe' form on this site.
